HONEY-CHIPOTE GLAZED CORN

3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon canned chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 ears fresh supersweet corn, husked

Preheat grill or broiler. In a small bowl, mix honey with chilies. Brush honey mixture over corn. On a rack, arrange corn; grill until golden, 5 to 7 minutes, turning occassionally.

Yield: 6 portions
