SUPERSWEET CORN FUSION

6 ears fresh supersweet corn, husked
3/4 cup cream cheese
3 tablespoons snipped chives
6 flour tortillas

Prepare corn as desired. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and chives. Spread on one side of each tortilla, dividing evenly. Wrap one tortilla around each ear with the cheese mixture on the inside.

Yield: 6 ears

Variation: Replace chives with 1/2 cup salsa. Proceed as directed above.
